Custom Work: For me, custom work is when I work with your stones. I also consider special requests that do not not have a wide enough appeal to sell well to be custom work. Custom work is paid for in advance and is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE!! Custom work is at your risk. Fortunately it does not happen often, and so far never on a custom order, but stones do break when they are being set. Wire jewelry is one of the least risk ways of setting a stone, but when you close the setting, if there is an internal stress line or other fault buried in the stone, it can split, chip, etc. I make every effort to take excellent care of your stone, but I can not make any guarantee of its internal ability to withstand being set. Should your stone break, I would of course refund any payment, but I can not be responsible for replacing the stone.
Special Requests: For me, special requests are when you ask me to make up a stone that I own. For the most part, I make up the item, send you a picture, and if you like it, you buy it. If you don’t, I put it out for sale.
If an item is showing on this page, it will only be sold to the person having requested it. If they do not elect to purchase it, it will be moved out to one of the other categories, where it becomes available for sale to anyone.
Partial Sales: My most common request is for earrings to match a pendant. When I have sets available, I will not sell the pendant by itself unless someone has elected to just buy the earrings. Click "Sets - Partial Sales" to see earrings that can currently be purchased either by themself or as a part of a set.
