This eudialyte pendant is
handcrafted from
14K/20 gold filled wire and a
eudialyte cabochon (cab) from Canada.

The picture on the blue background tends to come out redder than the other pictures. The pictures in the hand and on the white background are taken with direct, bright lighting, and tend to come out a little more purple. The color does range between the two, depending on the lighting.

The pendant is pretty much solid eudialyte. There is a very small inclusion of matrix near the bottom right, which you can see in the picture I used the wire to camouflage. If you hold it up to a light, the stone is translucent and looks like it has a bunch of fibers in it. As you turn it, it has mica-like effects, showing frosty areas and sparkles.

14K/20 gold filled wire is basically a tube of 14K gold
with a jeweler’s wire down the center for flexibility.
It wears well, does not tarnish, and has the same allergy reactions (or non-reactions) as 14K gold.
