This ammonite fossil pendant is handcrafted from 14K/20 gold filled wire and a whole ammonite fossil. This pendant is double sided. The first two pictures show the front. The third image shows the back of the pendant. It is a pretty shade of dark brown with a lovely frost pattern on the right side. Ammonites were ancient sea creatures, similar to today’s chambered nautilus, that fossilized back in the time of the dinosaurs. 14K/20 gold filled wire is basically a tube of 14K gold with a jeweler’s wire down the center for flexibility. It wears well, does not tarnish, and has the same allergy reactions (or non-reactions) as 14K gold. Each of my ammonite pendants are "one-of-a-kind" and you are selecting the actual one you will be receiving.
